Cobalt turns fragmented manufacturing supply-chain data into decision intelligence: disruption forecasting, supplier risk, and inventory optimisation for enterprises across Asia.
Challenge
A strong product sold weakly. Deals meandered for nine months, champions changed mid-cycle, and pricing was negotiated from a list price nobody believed. Growth had flatlined despite genuine customer love.
Strategy
We rebuilt the enterprise motion around account-based discipline: fewer target accounts, multi-threaded from the first meeting, business cases quantified in the customer's own numbers, and pricing anchored to avoided disruption cost.
Execution
