Overview
Veyra builds AI triage infrastructure that routes patients to the right care level before they reach a clinician, sold to clinic networks and telehealth providers across Southeast Asia.
Challenge
Healthcare buyers do not tolerate AI experiments. Every market in SEA has its own regulator, its own payer structure, and its own definition of clinical risk. Veyra's US-style land-fast playbook stalled immediately.
Strategy
We rebuilt expansion around regulatory sequencing: enter markets in the order their approval frameworks allow, anchor each entry with one flagship clinical partner, and let published outcomes carry the sales motion.
Execution
Advisory ran for six quarters covering market prioritisation, clinical-evidence packaging, and partner negotiations. The network provided introductions to two regional healthcare groups that became anchor customers.
