Challenge
A deeply technical founding team with a contrarian thesis and no idea how to package it for either customers or investors. Early pitches led with architecture and lost every room.
Strategy
Reposition from 'safer agents' to 'automation your compliance team will sign off'. We made the audit trail the product, targeted banks and insurers directly, and built the seed narrative around regulated-industry design partners.
Execution
Studio engagement across positioning, design-partner acquisition through the network, and fundraise preparation including data room, narrative, and investor sequencing.
